190617 UPS Sweden drivers are cheating customers
UPS Sweden drivers (Jönköping - Linköping area) are cheating the customers on a constant basis. Despite paying for home delivery, they are lying in their reports that customers were not found, instead they deliver the parcels to UPS center, 5 km away. One year ago happened same thing, reported to UPS Sweden management, received excuses. Now, same thing happens again. Wonder also what UPS in United States, as mother company, can comment on the unfair practices used by their drivers in Sweden. Shame !
