240213 open letter to Shimano Company regarding quality of Shimano CN-HG-40 6-7-8 Speed Chain Between 1975 and 1984 I lived in Romania and had a (Soviet) Russian bicycle called Ukraina 1-speed. I never had problems with it, just greased it every year during winter. Since 2014, living in Sweden, I use a Crescent 7-speed bicycle with Shimano CN-HG-40 6-7-8 Speed Chain. Every other year I had to repair (tense/shorten) the chain, otherwise it would have been impossible to cycle. Shimano is a Japanese company. We are all aquainted that Japanese quality is famous anywhere in the world, with any kind of products, from Toyota to Nikon and Sony. 240213 Samsung Nordic engagement for environment and nature

240213 Samsung Nordic reclamation Samsung Company and in particular Samsung Nordic AB its representative in Sweden are all claiming the big engagement in guarding the environment, recycling and reducing the industrial pollution. But... Two days ago (on Sunday) I contacted Samsung Service in Sweden for help in changing the encapsulated battery of a tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab S SM-T805. I Was pleasantly surprised that Samsung Service was active even on a Sunday afternoon. I took contact via WhatsApp and kindly and quickly informed where to address for reparation, an other service & repair company recognized and approved by Samsung. Until now, top quality service, Samsung. But, next day I got the answer that the repair company can not service my Samsung Tab S SM-T805, because... Samsung can no longer supply repair components. But, searching on internet, I found at least 6 other companies in Sweden which could supply the reserve battery for Samsung Tab S SM-T805. In other words, Samsung

NTM Distribution AB brevbärare i Linköping delar ej ut posten utan slänger det på bottenvåningen

Som titeln säger, brevbärare från NTM Distribution AB i Linköping har startat att slänga nattposten direkt på bottenvåningen istället för att dela ut i brevinkastet. Konkreta uppgifter: Linköping, Mårdtorpsgatan 23, datum natten mellan 28 och 29 augusti 2019. För några månader sedan, officiell myndighetspost har försvunnit helt. Hoppas att SDR och NTM Distribution AB ska kontrollera uppgifterna och ta åtgärder.  Eller, kanske hyresvärden Hemstaden, ska installera brevlådor på bottenvåningen. Bägge NTM Distribution AB och Heimstaden har informerats.

190617 UPS Sweden drivers are cheating customers

UPS Sweden drivers (Jönköping - Linköping area) are cheating the customers on a constant basis. Despite paying for home delivery, they are lying in their reports that customers were not found, instead they deliver the parcels to UPS center, 5 km away. One year ago happened same thing, reported to UPS Sweden management, received excuses. Now, same thing happens again. Reference: 1ZX9245F6801001487 Datum: 2019-06-17 Location: Linköping Well, just wonder how UPS Sweden tolerates that their drivers are a shame for UPS reputation. Wonder also what UPS in United States, as mother company, can comment on the unfair practices used by their drivers in Sweden. Shame !

Update 2017-06-02 UPS har ringt mig och bad igen om ursäkt Det fanns 6 kollin till som ej nådde mottagaren i samma transport. Det var förarens skuld som ej delade ut kollin och förfalskade rapporteringen. UPS ska utreda händelsen med ansvarige förare. Fallet avslutat. Inväntade den 30 maj 2017 from UPS: 1ZW8F5926899787234 Var hemma och inväntade. Otrevlig overraskning, ingen UPS förare/bil kom. Satt vid dator och hade hela tiden gården under uppsikt. Kollar på internet, total kall dusch: "Customer was not available when UPS attempted delivery. Will deliver to a nearby UPS Access Point". Omedelbart mailar till UPS. Citerar här mailväxlingen: ------------------------------- Portkoden är giltig. Ingen UPS förare/bil kom den 170530 på Mårdtorpsgatan 23, 58432 Linköping. UPS bör skämmas för lögn och bedrageri! När man betalar en summa för en viss tjänst och får istället annat som är billigare, detta kallas för bedrageri! Skäms UPS! Skäms för att UPS vägrar erkän
